| Commission |
The Vendor agrees to pay a commission of 5% per booking if booking comes from a private party or event and 10% if booking comes from a club/lounge/bar/cafe/pub/event companies or any other category which lies within, inclusive of GST, to the Company. The commission will be deducted from the total booking amount.

| Term |
This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the termination clause.
|
| Rights and Obligations |
- The Vendor shall provide high-quality performances to the customers booking through PartyPal.
- The Vendor shall adhere to the agreed-upon terms and specifications for each booking.
- The Vendor shall promptly update availability status and respond to booking inquiries received through the PartyPal platform.
- The Company shall provide the Vendor with necessary tools and support to facilitate bookings and promote the Vendor's services
- The Company shall remit the Vendor's earnings promptly after deducting the agreed-upon commission
- Vendor should behave properly and maintain decency at gigs
- Any mishappening or unfortunate incident will not be borne by the company and vendor cannot claim anything from any unforeseen incident or legally challenge company
- Company will forward the lead to another vendor in case of non-responsiveness and the vendor cannot challenge that

| Confidentiality |
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement.
|
| Termination |
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations and commitments shall be fulfilled.
|
| Governing Law |
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
